Prof Ronald Clarke, co-founder and driver of situational crime prevention, the problem-oriented approach, rational choice perspective, hot products and much more; also a cherished mentor.
Dr Marcus Willcocks, highly creative and proficient designer, and colleague on many projects at the Design Against Crime Research Centre, University of the Arts London.
Prof Dame Rachel Cooper, leading design researcher who helped draw me into the world of design against crime.
